Mel and Sim are on a mission to spread happiness, smiles and great coffee at one of the most remote places of this planet.

The couple started their barrista-careers on top of a beautiful lock-out in the coastal town called Eaglehawk Neck overlooking Pirates Bay in Tasmania.
They told us that one of the reasons to leave the corporate world behind and to start their business was to really connect with people and to never be without great coffee.
Caring about the environment is similarly important to the duo.

Mel gave us one of her home-made famous chocolate cookies as a freebie. All sourced from local ingredients, with chocolate from the nearby chocolate factory.
